“全球化背景下的中国产业竞争力与可持续发展”国际研讨会

复旦大学管理学院、英国兰卡斯特大学管理学院中国管理研究中心、与英国布鲁耐尔大学将于2009年4月16日在上海复旦大学管理学院(国顺路670号)举行题为“全球化背景下的中国产业竞争力与可持续发展”的国际学术研讨会,该会议的工作语言为英文。

会议主题

中国在过去三十年来的改革开发过程中,已成为世界制造与贸易体系中具有举足轻重地位的一员。关于“中国制造”的崛起对其自身经济、社会体系及其对世界商业体系的深远影响,已成为学术界、商界与政府部门密切关注的热点问题。我们希望通过组织此次汇集国内外知名学者的研讨会,分析“中国制造”在国际市场中的长期竞争能力,探究中国高速的产业扩张对国内外环境、生态系统的长期影响及作用机制。

具体而言, 在多大程度上中国的工业企业已摆脱了其固有的“低附加值”生产模式,成功实现了在世界生产体系中的产业升级?何种因素与机制促进与制约着本土企业竞争能力的提升?中国高速的产业扩张对其自身的社会福利及脆弱的生态系统有何实质性的影响?中国高速的产业扩张又对世界商业体系与生态体系产生了何种正面的与负面的溢出效应(spillover effects)?

基于以上重要的理论与实践问题,本次会议将就以下等问题进行深入讨论:

  • 经济全球化与跨国公司商业行为对中国产业部门与企业国际竞争力的宏观与微观影响;以及我国产业升级与转型对全球经济与商业体系的作用与影响
  • 中国产业竞争力培育的进程与途径:生产率(productivity)、成本效率(cost efficiency)及能源效率(energy efficiency)的提高、技术进步、产品质量的提升等
  • 促进和阻碍中国产业部门和企业实现有效产业转型与升级的制度因素,如产业政策、公司治理等
  • 中国产业扩张的资源约束及其对国内自然环境、生态系统的影响
  • 中国产业扩张对全球自然资源与生态环境的深刻影响及实现可持续发展的前景与问题
