摘 要：
While it is our duty to theorize the practices of Chinese firms, publishing such case studies is exceptionally risky, particularly for those aimed at internationally renowned journals. In this presentation, the speaker will share the experience of submitting and revising a qualitative paper of a single case study on a Chinese firm, which has been accepted by AMJ, recently. Rather than a presentation on epistemology or methodology, the speaker will focus on (1) what the expectations of qualitative papers are for top journals; (2) how to deal with demanding reviewer comments, and (3) how to strategically benefit from a Chinese case.

梁兴堃，北京大学信息管理系长聘副教授。本科毕业于北京大学信息管理系，博士毕业于剑桥大学工程系。主要研究领域包括创新生态系统、数字人文等。主持或参与包括国家重点研发计划项目在内的十余项国家级或省部级项目。擅长质性研究，其质性研究成果发表于《Academy of Management Journal》《Research Policy》《中国图书馆学报》等国内外顶级期刊。
