主讲人简介： 　(Roger Chen) Roger (Rongxin) Chen is a Professor of Management at the University of San Francisco. He has a Ph.D in Strategy and International Management, from the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2003 Roger co-founded the “Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists Confidence Analysis and Index,” and then went on to become the co-founder, as well as editor in chief of the Journal of Asia Business Studies. Roger is now entering his second decade at USF, instructing within MBA and EMBA programs as well as providing training to managers at Intel, V-TECH, and Toshiba. 　 Xiaohua Yang is an Associate Professor of International Business at the University of San Francisco and has presented and published her work in the leading management journals and conferences around the world.
