演讲者：Prof. Cong WANG Associate Professor, Chinese University of Hong Kong
简介: Professor Wang Cong joined CUHK business school in 2007 after receiving his Ph.D. in finance from Vanderbilt University. He did his undergraduate study at Peking University and received a master degree in economics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His research interests include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, CEO compensation, and financial reporting quality. His papers have been published in Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Journal of Banking and Finance. Two of his papers are among the top 10 most-cited articles published in Journal of Finance in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Another paper just won the 2015 Emerald Citations of Excellence Award. At CUHK, he has been teaching finance courses for MBA, MSc, EMPAcc, EMBA, and PhD programs and won the outstanding teaching award in 2013 (awarded to the top 2 MBA/EMBA teachers).
