It has a total floor area of 15,952.8 square meters across twelve stories. The building features two iconic cultural and artistic venues: a theater and a museum. Additionally, the student activity center, fitness center, international conference center, alumni club, and dining area are also located here, facilitating shared access and multidimensional integration of academic and business cultural activities.

Theater

The theater is located on the first floor of Building C, adjacent to the entrance, with a total area of 1,330 square meters, spread across two levels, and offering 741 seats.

Museum

The museum is located on the first and second floors of Building C, covering a total area of 600 square meters across two levels.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is located on the third and fourth floors of Building C, with a total usable area of 1,787 square meters.

Student Activity Center

The student activity center is located on the south side of the fifth floor of Building C, with a total usable area of 454 square meters.

International Conference Center

The international conference center is located on the north side of the sixth floor of Building C, with a total usable area of 500 square meters.

Alumni Club

The alumni club is located on the eleventh and twelfth floors of Building C, covering a total area of 784 square meters.
