1.5 学生卡和学生邮箱

新生完成注册后，学生将获得（1）香港大学学生卡、（2）香港大学学生E-mail邮箱、（3）复旦大学学生证、（4）复旦大学一卡通和（5）复旦大学E-mail邮箱。

香港大学学生卡

香港大学学生卡是学生在香港大学就读期间用于使用、访问学校各种设施、资源的个人识别凭证。学生卡有效期代表相应项目注册入学的时期。当学生毕业后，学籍状态从在读生转为毕业生，学生卡将立即失效，持卡人不再能够凭卡进入各种设施。学生如终止学业，学生卡同样会失效。

如不慎丢失香港大学学生证，学生可通过HKU Portal申请补办，路径如下：

HKU Portal -> SIS Menu -> Self Services -> Report Lost/Damaged Card

补办学生证需支付费用港币150元，可通过信用卡（仅限Visa或MasterCard）付款。香港大学学生卡更换申请在HKU Portal提交后，请电邮至香港大学IMBA办公室hkuimba@hku.hk告知，然后至复旦IMBA办公室领取。

复旦大学学生卡

在复旦大学, 学生在读期间需在复旦学生证上进行盖章注册，学业结束学生证将被注销。

复旦大学学生证遗失不补。复旦大学学生卡（又称一卡通）可在复旦食堂进行用餐，也可在复旦大学图书馆进行图书借阅。

1.5 Student Card and Email

Upon completion of the registration procedure, students will receive (1) HKU Student Card, (2) HKU Student Email, (3) Fudan Student Card, (4) Fudan E-Card and (5) Fudan Student Email.

HKU Student Card

The HKU Student Card is the student's personal identification document and is required to access University premises and facilities. The Card's validity period represents the normative period of study of the registered programme. However, once the student has completed his/her studies and his/her record has been changed from current student to that of graduate, the Card will be invalid immediately. The Card will also be invalid once the student terminates his/her study.

Students who have lost their HKU Student Card should apply for a replacement via HKU Portal at the following navigation path:

HKU Portal-> SIS Menu -> Self Services -> Report Lost/Damaged Card

A replacement fee of HK$150 will be charged and payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Please email HKU IMBA Office at hkuimba@hku.hk once the HKU Student Card Replacement Application is submitted on HKU Portal for further action. Once the replacement card is ready, it will be sent to Fudan IMBA Office for student's collection.

Fudan Student Card

For Fudan Student Card, students are required to register during their studies. The Card will become invalid once students finish or discontinue their studies.

Students who have lost their Fudan Student Card will not be reissued.

The Fudan Student Card (as known as E-Card) can be used as a prepaid card in the Fudan University Student Canteen for food payment and as an access card in Fudan University Library to borrow books.
