3.2.3 调换课

学生因故无法按时出席原定课程从而造成的换课、缓修等事宜,需提前至少2周通过“移动教务”申请课程调换(换出和换入)。学生需在移动教务系统内下载并完整填写《调课申请表》后,与相应的证明材料扫描成一个文件上传至移动教务系统。必修课每班上课人数上限为75人,若超过上限人数,换课将被延期至下一学年处理。选修课名额以每门课程具体设置为准。

学生在项目学习期间,一学年仅允许整体换课两次。项目办公室将对申请及证明材料审核并做出批复。未经批准,学生不得私自调换课。如私自换课,原课程视作缺勤将会记作“F”,换入课程不计成绩,学生需自行承担相应后果。

项目不承担因学生换课而导致的无教材及讲义的责任,申请换课学生的教材需由学生自行解决。

3.2.3 Course Change Application

If students cannot attend a scheduled course and need to take it in another time or switch to another course, they are required to submit a request on Fudan Mobile Student Portal 2 weeks before course commencement. Students should complete the “Course Change Application Form” and submit relevant supporting documents for review and approval.

The maximum number of students for each required course is 75. If maximum class size is reached, any further students’ course change application on required course will be treated as deferral to next academic year. For elective courses, the maximum number of students varies and is subject to the course design by the course instructor.

Students are allowed to switch class TWICE in each academic year. Programme Office will review all submitted course change application and inform students on the result in due course. If any students attend class without formal application, attendance and course assessment will not be taken into account. If any students do not submit the course change application in time and absent from the enrolled class, they will receive “0” marks under attendance and subsequently receive a failing grade from the course.

For students who are approved to change to another class, they are required to arrange the course materials, such as textbook and handouts, on their own. No additional copies will be provided by the Office.
