3.3.8 绩点计算

“平均绩点”（GPA）是一种量化测评学生一段时期学术表现的手段。平均绩点由各项课程所获得的绩点乘该课程学分数之和，除以该学期学生所修读的总学分数，具体计算公式为：GPA=∑i课程绩点×课程学分数/∑i课程学分数

（其中“i”代表学生该学期修读的所有课程数量,包括通过和未通过的课程）

3.3.8 Grades and Grade Points

The “Grade Point Average” (GPA) is a numerical measure of a candidate’s academic achievement over a specified period of time, and is calculated by the total of the product of grade points earned for each course attempted (including failed courses) and its credit value, divided by the total number of credits attempted:GPA = ∑i Course Grade Point × Course Credit Value/∑i Course Credit Value

(where “i” is the number of all passed and failed courses taken by the student over a specified period)
