4 交流交换
港大-复旦IMBA项目为一年级学生提供申请交换生学习机会。
港大平台：提供可以通过向港大IMBA办公室申请赴伦敦商学院或哥伦比亚大学商学院进行交换学习，会收取对应课程费用。
复旦平台：作为PIM (Partnership in International Management)成员, 复旦管院与全球60多个院校有交流交换的合作。项目学生可以申请第二学年的为期3-6个月的国际交流交换项目。
学生必须确保在海外所选修课程的分类为MBA课程。此外，转换课程必须与相应必修课在内容、学时、评估方式方面相似。
能够确认学分的总交换课程数（必修+选修）不能超过5门，其中必修课不能超过2门。为保证按期毕业，建议学生在交换学习结束前完成12门必修课的修读，学生本人承担因交换学习而可能导致的延迟毕业风险。
交流交换以学期为基础，交换的学期需申请休学，该期间不能参加港大－复旦项目的任何课程。
交流交换学习后，学生需要回到复旦大学完成剩余课程。

同时，复旦大学管理学院为项目在读学生提供非学分转换短期交流的机会，详细内容和要求请以收到复旦 IMBA 办公室的邮件为准。
4 Exchange Opportunities
Exchange opportunities provided by HKU MBA and Fudan University are available for application by Year 1 students.
Exchange via HKU: Students can apply to join the HKU MBA students for exchange to the London Business School or Columbia Business School via the HKU IMBA Programme Office. Additional tuition fee applies
Exchange via Fudan: Students can apply with Fudan Exchange Office for a 3-6 months overseas exchange during their Year 2 study in one of the PIM (Partnership of International Management) institute.
Students should ensure that the selected courses in the overseas institution are cataloged at the MBA level. A maximum of only two IMBA required courses can be replaced by courses from exchange. Moreover, the replacement courses must involve similar content, contact hours and assessment methods as the relevant required courses in IMBA Programme.
The total number of courses (required course + elective courses) to be recognized should NOT exceed five. In addition, students are advised to complete all 12 required courses before departure. Students are responsible for the possible delay of the graduation due to overseas exchange.
Students going for overseas exchange will be taking leave of absence from IMBA. They are not allow to take any IMBA courses during overseas exchange period.
After exchange, students must return to Fudan to complete the remaining courses.
