6.2 考场纪律

1 参加考试时需带好学生证，考试前先将学生证放在座位左上角等待监考老师核对；

2 考生按规定时间提前 15 分钟进入考场，考试开始 30 分钟后不得进入考场；

3 考生须按照考场规定位置入座；

4 考卷使用钢笔或圆珠笔答题，不得使用铅笔；

5 考试期间不得自由走动、互相讨论、传递纸条，提问须举手示意；

6 闭卷考试不得参考任何资料；

7 开卷考试仅限使用教师允许的考生本人的资料，不得和他人共用参考资料；

8 考试期间除经老师允许使用的计算器外一律不得使用手机、电子字典、笔记本电脑等工具；

9 考试中不得使用手机作为计时工具、计算器，必须关闭手机，否则将视为作弊；

10 考试时间不满 30 分钟不得交卷，考试中途未经监考教师同意，不得离场；

11 考试结束按时交卷；

12 如有违反以上考场纪律者视为作弊，成绩记 F，且不得补考，需付费重修。

6.2 Examination Regulations

1 Students should bring their Student Card to the examination. The card should be placed at the top left corner of his/her desk for inspection;

2 Students should arrive at the examination venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the examination. They are not allowed to enter the examination venue 30 minutes after the examination has started;

3 Students should be seated according to the examination seating plan, which is posted on the writing board in the examination venue;

4 Students should use fountain pen or ballpoint pen and not pencil to write their answers;

5 Students should remain seated and keep silent during the examination. They must not talk or pass materials to each other. If they have questions, they should put up their hand and wait patiently for an invigilator;

6 No reference material of any kind is allowed for a closed book examination;

7 For open-book examinations, students are allowed to bring their own reference materials approved by the instructor. Students are not allowed to share their reference materials with each other during the examination;

8 The use of calculator is allowed only for the type approved by the instructor, if any. All other devices, such as electronic dictionaries and notebook computers, are not allowed to be used during the examination;

9 Mobile phones should not be used as timers or calculators. Mobile phones must be turned off during the examination or else the student concerned will be considered as cheating;

10 Students are not allowed to return the examination papers less than 30 minutes into the examination. They are not allowed to leave the examination venue during the examination except with permission of the invigilator;

11 Students should submit the examination paper at the end of the scheduled examination time; and

12 Any breach of the above examination regulations will be considered as cheating and automatically result in an “F” grade for the student concerned. No make-up examination will be arranged and the student has to pay the course tuition fee again to re-take the course.
