Terms and Regulations:

 

Please read the following carefully before registering. Once you submit the registration, we assume that you have read and agreed to below terms & regulations:

 

1, Students are expected to follow the itinerary for participation in activities. Students should follow the syllabus and complete the course and assignment.

 

2, Students must choose to take the IFP as a credit course. Those who already signed up for 7 electives will need to drop one elective, after they make payment to secure their seats in IFP. Students can only drop one elective courses to be offered from April 2025 onwards. 

 

3, Students are required to pay for the trip-related expense, such as group air tickets, local transportation, hotel accommodation, and other necessary expenses.

 

4, No refund will be given except when VISA application is rejected by Denmark authority with document proof provided, or the trip is cancelled by IMBA Programme.

 

5, Please respect local customs and culture and follow the guidelines.

Students should always pay attention to the instruction made by organizer, beware of their personal belongings and be responsible for their own safety. Fudan University and its representatives, HKU-Fudan IMBA Programmes and Copenhagen Business School will not be held liable for any claims or causes of action arising from any losses, damages, injuries, or death resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings or the risks inherent in this International Field Trip.
