2019 EMBA GNAM Week Outgoing Students Manual
1. GNAM Intro
Launched in 2012, the Global Network for Advanced Management includes:http://advancedmanagement.net/ whos leading business schools;from diverse regions, countries, cultures, and economies in different phases of development. A common motivation of member schools to connect is to position their students, faculty, staff, alumni and other constituencies so that they can deepen their understanding of differences and commonalities in their economies and increase their effectiveness. Member schools recognize that leaders in all sectors will be asked to contribute to the solutions of major problems that are typically complex.
Representing a shift beyond traditional partnership models of business school collaboration, the Global Network enables the development of innovative initiatives that leverage the schools; comparative advantages. Leveraging network efficiencies, utilizing new technologies, building strong institutional and personal relationships, and operating with a minimum of bureaucracy, the Global Network is having a transformational effect on students, member schools, management education.
2. Qualifications
(1) Participating students should have English proficiency good enough to attend the module (i.e. final group project, in-class interaction, etc.)
(2) Average age of participants should be above 30 years old（born before 31st Dec. 1989）.
(3) Once students sign up for each school/organization’s module, participation is mandatory unless your circumstance is regarded as force majeure
Students should be placed in project teams and have to give a presentation at the end
The work on the project should start before the GNW
There has to be an assessment on the project
Readings and materials have to be made available to students at least one month in advance
(4) Participating students should be covering their own visa application fees, airfare, accommodation, (some) meals, and any extra expenses as indicated by each school/organization.
(5) Students are responsible for their own visa application, and shall contact each school directly for any questions they may have for each module.

* Three week time guaranteed: It is very important that your students understand that participating in this GNW entails some one week pre-work and some one week post-work done in teams of students from across the participating schools. Failing to do the work or participate in group meetings negatively affects the experience of all the students and makes our work more complicated.

报名对象：目前仅开放给2017级IMBA学生（年满30周岁，生日截至到1989年12月31日）。
