Fudan SoM Has Successfully Achieved the third AACSB Re-accreditation
On May 16, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) officially announced that School of Management at Fudan University (Fudan SoM) has achieved the AACSB re-accreditation for the third time since its initial accreditation in 2010.

Fudan SoM first gained AACSB accreditation in 2010. In line with AACSB requirements, all accredited schools must undergo a peer review every five years. In 2015, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of Fudan SoM, the School achieved its first re-accreditation. In 2020, the School successfully completed its second re-accreditation, securing another five-year accreditation term.

In 2025, as Fudan SoM celebrates the 40th anniversary of its re-establishment, it has successfully achieved its third AACSB reaccreditation. During the review process, the panel engaged in in-depth discussions with Fudan University leadership, the School’s management team, IAB members, project management teams, and the representatives of faculty, students, alumni and business partners. The team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the School’s development strategy, curriculum, student development as well as social influence. Through the on-site survey and communications, the panel gave favorable recognition to the achievements of the School since its 2020 re-accreditation, reaffirming the School’s leading position among global business schools.

AACSB accreditation serves as an effective “compass” for students worldwide seeking high-quality business education and for employers looking for graduates with top-tier credentials. As one of the earliest business schools accredited by AACSB in Chinese mainland, Fudan SoM remains steadfast in its mission to provide world-class business education and cultivate future business leaders with global vision and social responsibility. Looking ahead, the School will continue to pioneer advancements of business education in China, striving to scale new heights on its journey to becoming one of the leading business schools in Asia and among the world’s advanced levels.
“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to School of Management at Fudan University on its successful re-accreditation,” said Stephanie Bryant, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Accreditation Officer of AACSB. “The school’s unwavering dedication to continuous improvement underscores its commitment to nurturing talent, strengthening alumni networks, and contributing to the broader business community and society at large.”
