In 2005, the BI-Fudan MBA program established its own student and alumni union, the Join & Share (Ju Xian Hui 聚贤荟 ). The name composed by the characters, Ju as in “gather, get together”, and Xian which is similar to the meaning “share”, but also means “wise and sagacious”, gives a good description of the purpose of the association: A group of wise professional managers gather together in order to share experiences with their peers.

The student and alumni Union organizes network building and among peers from different classes, and creates better bonds between them.
