The U-Transformation Program (referred to as "UT Program"), designed by BI-Fudan MBA Program, is dedicated to developing students' "Responsible Leadership" : Breakthrough Growth, Lifelong Learning and Social Responsibility. The UT Program adopts an integrated approach to the student’s leadership development and personal growth based on their needs at different learning periods during 2-year MBA journey, involving various activities/initiatives, e.g. customized UT Career Workshop, Leadership Lectures, Alumni Sharing, Career Counselling etc. so as to enable MBA students reshape their life purpose and think about transforming from the status of "Doing" to "Being", and then become the responsible leaders who can make impact on technological innovation and social development.
