    Introduction of Speaker:

Ms. Janice Wong is a famous fashion writer and media veteran in Hong Kong. She was a first-generation editor after Chinese versions of international fashion magazines first entered the Greater China market (Hong Kong) in mid and late 1980s, the first person to go to the European and American fashion week personally and make live reports, and a pioneer in introducing first-hand Western fashion news into the Chinese-speaking world. She witnessed the vicissitudes of the industry, and the rise and fall of famous international brands and designers.

Janice Wong has more than 20 years of experience in the fashion and media world and has connections established abroad. Cherishing a dream of fashion, she changed from an editor into the CEO of a high fashion buyer store several years ago. Under the support of Bauhaus, a group listed in Hong Kong, she opened a fashion boutique of 250 square meters at On Lan Street, Central, Hong Kong to sell brands of European and American modern and emerging designers, including Alexandre Neel, Cacharel, Clements Ribeiro, Corto Moltedo, Eley Kishimoto, Jamin Puech, John Rocha, Philip Treacy, Proenza Schouler and Viktor & Rolf.

She will share the secrets of opening and managing the high fashion buyer store, how to negotiate with brand owners, how to buy goods, how to plan the cost and financial budget of opening for business, how to plan and design the shop front and how to carry out promotion and marketing with you by introducing her personal experience.
