On this basis, he pointed out that along with the changes from the past planned economy to the free development, Chinese people had increased demand in fashion in the past ten years and have become the biggest group of consumers of luxury goods. What’s more, a complete industry chain is needed, through which a high-quality commercial model can show "B2C" features and lay a solid foundation for enterprises’ successful positioning.
Luxury industry is now facing unprecedented huge challenges because of the increasingly diversified demand of consumers. Mr. Wu said, in order to better promote an enterprise’s brand image, luxury brand should adhere to the principles of people-oriented and two-way communication with consumers, and keep the fashionable vitality. And to satisfy the Chinese consumers who change from chasing fashion, participating in fashion to leading in fashion, enterprises should provide personalized products and services rather than the traditional unitary production and wholesale, and increase the customers’ sense of participation in order to enhance the customers’ approval and loyalty to the brand.
After the wonderful presentation, Mr. WU exchanges views on “Chinese luxury future” and “career development opportunity in luxury industry" with the participants. The event came to an end in warm applauses.
