On March 15, 2017, CDO invited General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Sinolink Securities Mr. Dianyu XU and Mr. Shaohua DAI, Mr. Chuanyu WENG from the Human Resources Department to provide guidance for a mock leaderless group discussion.

Mr. Dianyu XU is now responsible for preparing to establish the Sinolink Leadership Center, establishing quality models, assessing Sinolink’s leadership, establishing the training system, etc. With abundant theoretical accomplishment and practical experience in the area of human resources, he is good at strategic human resources, leadership development, talent assessment, training development, performance management, etc.

Mr. Dianyu XU introduced Sinolink Securities’ requirements on talents recruitment. In his opinion, to meet the company’s recruitment requirements, employees should have the quality of driving themselves, driving others and driving organizations. There should be effective communication, team cooperation, client consciousness, win-win thought and efficient execution among employees.

Then, Mr. Shaohua DAI presided over the mock interview. After the interview, students also put forward their views such as how to use tools in group interview scenarios.

After group discussion, Mr. Shaohua DAI and Mr. Chuanyu WENG also carried out in-depth analysis respectively. They pointed out that in group discussion one should be oriented towards goals, participate actively, speak clearly and respect the opponents. Researchers, IT personnel and technicians should give attention to expression of views, and management trainees need to show their comprehensive quality. To act well, interviewees must position their roles well in combination with their ability and quality instead of blindly striving to act artfully. To participate actively and speak clearly, interviewees should effectively use limited interview time and effectively express their views. To respect the opponents, one should avoid intensification of conflicts and be good at listening to others’ suggestions.
