• Fudan SoM Recognized as a "Top Employer China 2026"

    On January 15, 2026, Top Employers Institute officially released the list of organizations certified as "Top Employers China 2026." School of Management at Fudan University (Fudan SoM) was honored with the "Top Employer China 2026" certification.

    Since 2022, Fudan SoM has participated in and consecutively obtained employer excellence certifications. This year marks our School's first participation in the "Top Employer China" certification initiated by Top Employers Institute, and it is the sole higher education institution included on the 2026 list. The recognition underscores our School's outstanding capabilities in continuously energizing its organization, prioritizing individual development, and successfully cultivating a high-quality workplace environment.


    Active across 131 countries and regions, Top Employers Institute is a globally recognized authority in human resources certification, benchmarking, and advisory services. Launched in 1991, the "Top Employer China" program evaluates organizations based on best practices in human resources, covering six core domains: Talent Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing. The globally standardized certification process includes pre-screening, questionnaire validation, and independent third-party audits. Emphasizing institutional independence to ensure objectivity and fairness, the certification is regarded as one of the most influential annual recognitions in the global HR field.
