The program achieved outstanding results across multiple key indicators:

Leading Global Careers Service, Building Diverse Workplace Competence

In the newly released FT Global MBA 2026 Ranking, the Fudan MBA Program ranked 3rd worldwide for Careers Service (global top 10 for three consecutive years) and 7th worldwide for Career Progress (Asia's top 5 for nine consecutive years). These results reflect the program's profound expertise and outstanding effectiveness in supporting students' career development. Behind these achievements lies a full-cycle career empowerment system jointly built by the Fudan MBA Program and the Career Development Office (CDO) of School of Management at Fudan University (Fudan SoM). From pre-enrollment career assessment and path planning, to industry-focused practical modules and corporate mentorship during coursework, and further to career transition support and resource connection, every stage precisely responds to students' career development needs.

For instance, supported by two pioneering action learning platforms among domestic business schools - the iLab Business Challenge and the iLab Business Consulting Project, Fudan MBA students gain deep industry experience and tackle real-world business challenges through iLab action learning. Backed by strong university-enterprise partnerships and alumni resources, the Fudan MBA Program invites corporate executives and consulting experts to serve as industry mentors, providing students with first-hand practical guidance. As a landmark educational innovation of Fudan MBA, over the past 20 years, more than 2,100 MBA students have conducted on-site corporate research, analyzed real problems, and delivered actionable business solutions under faculty supervision, further strengthening their ability to solve business challenges from an innovative perspective. Many students have not only clarified their career directions but also achieved successful career transitions through the iLab projects. Meanwhile, an increasing number of corporate partners regard iLab as an incubator for identifying and recruiting future high-potential managers.

The "Lifelong Growth Community" is a carefully designed career development ecosystem for students. Fudan SoM now has an alumni network of over 60,000 members, including more than 14,000 Fudan MBA alumni. Senior alumni, as "Join Legacy Ambassadors", are deeply involved in the "Join Orientation" for new students, forming a solid intergenerational inheritance mechanism. Fudan SoM also assigns senior alumni mentors to current students, providing sustained career support and industry insights through knowledge sharing and resource connection. In addition, regular alumni forums and industry seminars offer students practical advice, career planning guidance, and access to high-quality professional networks. Taking the Full-time MBA as an example, 80% of the 2025 graduates successfully completed career transitions.

Driven by the AI revolution and the development of new quality productivity, Fudan MBA students have maintained their advantages in traditional industries while expanding into high-growth tech sectors including intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, and medical devices, demonstrating strong industry adaptability and career transformation capabilities. Guided by Fudan SoM's "Sci-Tech Innovation Drives a Better Future" sci-tech innovation strategy, the Fudan MBA Program has pioneered the Fudan MBA Sci-Tech Innovation Youth Camp, dedicated to cultivating tech-savvy talents who understand technology, market, and management. It delivers targeted sci-tech innovation management education for MBA students currently engaged in or aspiring to enter the tech and innovation sector.

Furthermore, with the continuous improvement of the Fudan MBA Program's internationalization and its expanding global influence, a growing number of Fudan MBA graduates are pursuing global careers. Their professional destinations have become increasingly diverse, including Hong Kong of China, Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Côte d'Ivoire, and more, reflecting a broad global vision and excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Steady Growth in Research Strength Drives Continuous Innovation in MBA Education

The Fudan MBA Program has ranked 1st in academic research among business schools of Chinese Mainland Universities for four consecutive years, once again demonstrating the strong research capacity of the faculty at Fudan SoM.

In the UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings 2020–2024 released in 2025, Fudan SoM was ranked 66th worldwide, retaining its 1st place in Chinese Mainland, and has remained in the global top 100 for 10 consecutive years with steady upward momentum.

In 2025, Fudan SoM was awarded 24 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and 2 projects from the National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC), achieving the best results in high-level grants such as national talent programs, original exploration projects, and major social science projects in its history. This highlights Fudan SoM's solid foundation in theoretical innovation.

As high-quality research achievements are continuously integrated into MBA teaching, students will gain access to more cutting-edge theories and interdisciplinary perspectives, further expand their industry and global vision, strengthen their resilience and practical capabilities in complex environments, and consolidate the program's long-term development momentum and talent development advantages.

Facing profound shifts in the global economic landscape and technological revolution, the Fudan MBA Program will uphold the spirit of "Enlightening for Truth, Pioneering for Change". It will continue to strengthen its career development ecosystem, expand international cooperation and exchanges, further deepen industry-academia-research collaboration, and cultivate more professional elites and business leaders with patriotism, social responsibility, and global competence.
