On April 21, 2026, a delegation led by Khongphu Nimanandh, Dean of Chiang Mai University Business School, visited School of Management at Fudan University (Fudan SoM). Dean Xiongwen Lu warmly received the guests.

Chiang Mai University Business School was established as part of the development of Chiang Mai University (founded in 1964) in Thailand. The School conducts teaching and research in business administration, accounting, marketing, and finance, contributing to economic development and business talent cultivation.

During the visit, the delegation visited the Zhengli Campus of Fudan SoM and held in-depth discussions with Dean Xiongwen Lu. Both sides shared updates on their respective development and recent priorities, and reached an initial understanding to pursue cooperation in areas including student exchange, short-term programs, and joint training initiatives. The two schools agreed to leverage their respective strengths, prioritize practical collaboration projects, and gradually expand the depth and scope of cooperation through existing regional collaboration platforms.
