该合作项目共包含六门课程, 其中前五位讲师都将陆续按统一格式布置一个研究课题. (具体作业内容请阅读附件:assignment 1, assignment 2, assignment 3, assignment 4), 第五个作业将在5月16日课后公布.

从布置的课题中任选一个, 以小组的形式完成作业,小组规模建议为4-6人.自行组合小组; 分组信息(组员,课题)及课题信息请在5月19日前以邮件形式发送给黄萱老师(huangxuan@fudan.edu.cn)

Description:
1. Do a S.W.O.T. (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat) analysis of Supercenters against category killers such as GOME and YOLO.
How and what strategy should supercenters use to remain competitive?
 
2. How to decide whether a location is good for supercenters? What analysis and information we need to derive and what do they suggest?
