Interview Format:
1. Case analysis: 5 candidates are formed into a group. Groups will receive an electronic version of the mini case by email at 17:00 on Oct. 11. Each candidate is encouraged to get connected with other team members and work together on the case analysis. Teams will have 24 hours to research, analyze and prepare for the presentation.
2. Presentation (35 mins/per group): Each group will have 15 minutes for presentation and 20 minutes for Q&A.
3. Peer review: Candidates are required to finish the online survey for the peer review after the team completes the case analysis by 19:00 on Oct. 12. The link will be sent to the candidates by email as well. With the information summarized from the survey, the panelists can evaluate the relative contribution of each group member to the team performance.
