Speaker’s Introduction
Chris is a Director in A.T. Kearney’s Procurement and Analytic Solutions (PAS) group in Shanghai. He originally joined A.T. Kearney in the Chicago office after working for UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a manager of Corporate Strategy, where his primary role was centered around the creation and implementation of a global ocean and air freight strategy as well as the development of UPS SCS’ road freight network in China. Since joining A.T. Kearney, Chris has been instrumental in the development of PAS across Asia (China, Malaysia, Australia, India). He leads a team of dedicated supply chain and procurement consultants who tackle client challenges across a wide spectrum of topic including advanced procurement solutions, supply chain optimization, network optimization, low cost country sourcing and transformation. Chris has spent nearly two decades living in or studying China. He first came to China as a Ph.D. student 15 years ago, when his primary academic focus was the study of comparative post-socialist economic development (China and Central Europe).
