复旦MBA财富500俱乐部连续第五年在管院举行烛光音乐晚会。为了答谢一直以来各方友人的热切关注，今年活动将全面升级。我们特意邀请来自澳大利亚的华人领袖Kang Yang Lim与大家分享关于理想与现实格局、追梦与生命意义的话题；同时也邀请了复旦2012级IMBA Steven同学与大家分享关于MBA时代的职业选择与发展，人生方向与追寻的故事。此外，晚会现场还有合唱队、钢琴、吉他等现场音乐演奏，为您营造又一次与音乐的亲密接触。活动最后安排了Q&A环节，您可以与Yang 和Steven现场对话面对面，并为您准备了精美礼品噢。

We will hear some original songs and the inspirational story of our keynote speaker Kang Yang Lim (the founder of Lighthouse Collection), and Steven Qiu Fudan 2012 IMBA student. One Q&A section with exquisite gifts is waiting for you.

嘉宾介绍：

澳大利亚的华人领袖 Kang Yang Lim

Kang Yang Lim, the founder of Lighthouse Group, is a social entrepreneur with over 18 years in senior finance / strategy and general management roles across realestate, hospitality and F&B sectors. Having had roles in both multinational and start up companies in China and around the world (CFO/COO - naked Group, Director - Sinar Mas Group, VP Strategy B&Q China, Consultant - Coca-Cola UK, Corporate finance manager - PwC Australia), Mr Lim shares about some of the challenges he has faced in leading in different business environments, moving business sectors, moving from multinational to entrepreneurial roles, and about remaining passionate and committed when faced with challenge and adversity.
