Dear New MBA students，

Welcome to the School of Management, Fudan University!

The Fudan MBA Buddy Program was launched since 2007 with the aim of bridging the international students and overseas Chinese students with the local Chinese students, enriching the interactions and cultural exchange between the two groups. Till now, over 800 passionate and responsible MBA students have joined the Buddy Program. Throughout the program, buddies gain a new insight from other cultures and expand global network.

We hereby cordially invite you to join the 2019 Buddy Program to provide friendly face and helping hands for new arrivals. You will be paired with international students and overseas Chinese students, guiding and helping incoming students to merge into a new environment as soon as possible.

Who will be your buddy?

In the fall semester, we will welcome 40 international and oversea Chinese students from IMBA and Asia MBA program, and another 50 international exchange students from our partner schools. You buddy can be a regular MBA student or an exchange student from other partner schools.

What can buddies do?

 Be matched with a buddy and provide assistance and advises for your buddy before, apron and after his or her arrival at Fudan.

 Design and organize buddy events and activities such as mini-orientation, campus tour, welcoming week, culture week etc.

 Promote cultural exchange and interaction between Chinese and foreign students.

How to join the buddy program?

1．Please fill out the online application form before August 3rd. After receiving your application, we will match the buddies and have a buddy meeting before introducing the local buddies to the ones from outside of Chinese mainland. 2．Before you start application, please prepare a professional picture of you. You will need to upload the picture before you submit the application. The size of the picture shall be between 800K and 2MB.
