However, the implementation process was tedious and frustratingly long. Wyndham is looking for alternatives for CSR programs, which may bring greater market exposure and better recognitions for Wyndham’s brand image.

The kick-off meeting of iMedical team was held on 13th Jan. in Starr Building. Prof. Fan, Ms. Huang and all the five team members joined the meeting, of which the topic was Promote the clinical solutions for refractive and therapeutic laser treatments by digital marketing. The customer of the project is Carl Zeiss, a German company focuses itself on medical device. The team members include Xu Hangping, Bao Xiuyan, Wang Jia, Feng Zhiqiang and Wang Taoming.
Different from many other projects, this is a self-initiated project which was raised by the team. According to the report, the project has been confirmed with Zeiss, and the team had got some ideas about what Zeiss requires from this research.
During the discussion, the team exchanged ideas on the significance, value and feasibility of the project with professor. Knowing that the most difficult part was how to meet the real demand of Zeiss and how to keep enthusiasm from the beginning to the end, the team was greatly motivated. The next step, according to the discussion, was to confirm again with Zeiss before making a detailed proposal. This is a project of medical service; given that most of the team members did not have much experience in the industry, the team would invite some experts from medical industry in order to make better plans for the client company.
