Since 2005, Fudan MBA iLab has cooperated with more than 100 Chinese and foreign companies. The 2020 Fudan iLab has recently concluded with success. 21 teams formed by students from the 2019 Fudan IMBA program have all completed the final reports for their clients despite the impact of the pandemic.
The Everest Team is commissioned to conduct a research on how to stimulate the Chinese government into introducing more policies favorable to the Southeast Asian companies.
The project was rather challenging for it’s often difficult to get first-hand information on economic policies, and the research inherently involved lots of interviews with senior officials in the government. Fortunately, with the help from Fudan alumni, and through some self-developed liaison in China, Thailand and South Korea, the team obtained a large quantity of first-hand information. The client highly praised the strategies proposed by the team in the final report and intended to carry them out in future.
Jiang Qianhui, the team leader expressed his gratitude for the iLab program: “I chose the Everest project to improve my communication and cooperation abilities with international teams. Not only have I achieved this goal, I’ve also boosted my professional confidence during this real business consulting experience.”
