Five Fudan MBA students shared their growth in knowledge, skills and vision thanks to their learning experience at the Fudan MBA Program.
Liu Juntao is the Director of R&D at BeiGene, a leading Chinese pharmaceutical company. The course Data Models and Decision Making has offered him a deep understanding of decision making based on data. By applying what he has learned in practice, Liu significantly improved the efficiency of the laboratory.
You Zhenyu, Co-founder & CEO of Swise Dental, says that the MBA study has allowed him to see beyond his industry. By observing other industries, he has gained a broader vision and new inspirations to tackle some of his past confusions.
Zhang Xinyi is in charge of projects related to digital transformation at PwC Business Consulting. With the new skills learned from the MBA courses, she is now able to smoothly communicate with clients about details of the financial system. The courses also provided her with a deeper understanding of delicacy management. Communication with her classmates, who are all elites from all walks of life, offered her a shortcut for understanding her clients’ way of thinking.
Wang Enfu, product manager of a biopharmaceutical company, believes that the theoretical knowledge system provided by the Fudan MBA Program have largely improved his ability to analyze and solve problems. After studying the Marketing Management, Wang feels more capable of putting forward constructive opinions in the company meetings.
Lu Yao is an administrative manager in China General Nuclear Power Corporation. Courses about sci-tech innovation, capital operation, business management, etc. allowed him to consider specific issues such as corporate governance and human resource management from a broader perspective, and solve problems at work in a more scientific way.
